Finally done, now moving to next character :)
I tried to make the cloak as clothe wearing but it didn't work like what I want so I ported it as NEOitem
Mod included: headmod, Neoitems, outfit, tatoos
Requirement: HSPE, Renderer Editor Skintexmod, recommend Texplus because it's way better
There are also normal tatoo but it's very low res so you guys should use Skintex/Texplus version:
For face morphs, there are 2 extra face morphs, use HSPE for them:
Use Renderer Editor to change colors in parts of the outfit, Neoitems is at [Accessories] cagetory as usual:
