Next up from the Ness team is Jan Blatchford.
Jan first joined the excavations at the Ness of Brodgar in 2009 and has been living in Orkney since 2015, giving her an in-depth knowledge of the site. As the project's on-site pottery specialist and a potter herself, she brings both practical expertise and archaeological insight to the remarkable ceramics uncovered during the excavations.
