Hi all,- To play in FM26 you must use a save game file; however, you can use FM24 to create your own, then transfer across. This is because the FM26 editor still hasn't been fixed. Please read the whole post; it contains important information.
This package contains the v5.0 Full Release version of the 15/16 database. Please DM me with issues or questions. I often don't see comments due to the sheer number of them so it's important to DM rather than comment. For additional playable leagues please see the release schedule at the bottom of the post.Things to note- When starting your own custom save in FM24, use the MrTini23 start date nation, which makes the game start in June 2025. All leagues start in 2025 as opposed to 2023. Failure to do so will result in you having no fixtures. Be aware that all your players will likely be on holiday when you start the game and you won't see your full fixture list until you progress past the season update date. This is to allow you to have the full 2015/16 pre-season.- Use 24.3 in FM24 when starting any custom save files- All preloaded save files contain the regen mod as standardFM26 Specific Installation Instructions- Make sure to download the FM26 version!- Rename your current Football Manager 26 folder (the one that contains save files, tactics etc) to something else- Move the Football Manager 26 folder from the mod into your Sports Interactive folder (Not the Game Installation one). - Load the day 1 save file and you are set
How to use the preloaded save file online- Change the save to an online one via the ingame preferences- Invite friends via steam where possible (server search often glitches)
