Bree Chen visits the decaying Mulberry Apartments to check on her estranged friend Farrah, after being invited over for a live beauty tutorial, unknowingly walking into a nightmare of vermin corruption. Before Bree realizes it, she’s restrained and subjected to Farrah’s depraved filthrat livestream. To Bree’s further terror, Farrah’s all too happy to apply her mutagenic rat cosmetics harvested directly from the SpungeRot clan. It’s not long before the foul products melt Bree's human sensibilities and violently rewrite her DNA.
