Happy Christmas, Happy New Year, friends! Hope you all had a great two weeks =D
Deep breath, here goes! First of Two posts today, and if you're a Bull+ tier, that's like 4 emails - my apologies for the inbox spam! BUT it's been like, two weeks, and as much as I said I'd take time off, turns out I spent nearly the whole time drawing. The other work isn't finished yet, and I'll talk about it more in the next post. THIS one, I decided to finish up, so I'd at least have something fancy to show off to you all.
A little bit out of left field! I'm a huge fan of Meesh, and I've been wanting to draw up this complicated lady of his. Clara is such an enigma, and I find fasinating. Like a puzzle box that you just need to tap in the one correct spot to unlock. She doesn't emote much, holds her cards to her chest, while also being frivolous with her sex and sexuality. Meesh is currently drawing up a comic with her that I've been really enjoying. He's sort of a masterclass of comics, and occassssssionalyy will draw some really great cuckin. I fully reccomend singing up every so often to see his pages.
My illustration: it's Clara after a workout at the gym. She's hoping to catch one of the other members there, with a little airdropped photo.
This was both a piece for Meesh, as well as myself; I really wanted to try a Booby picture. I also wanted to see if I could do something outside of the Zootopia world. I think I did pretttty ok here? The perspective might be a litttttttle bit off, but that's allways the case with these selfie-series illustrations; I try not to over think it. And I do think I whimped out of drawing her feet, but you guys, that angle is so tough, and I'm so unpracticed with human feet, that I just bailed after the first few sketches. Heck, even drawing from reference, the feet looked weirdsies. I also think that I may have given her TOO much smile? It's so hard to draw a deadpan face! But all said and done. I'm happy with this one. It's fun, silly, and different...
