Progresssssss. You all voted for it, so I'm trying my best =D
I truly thought I'd have this done this week, but the cleanup and flats for so many illustrations at once really ate up time. You guys... I really overdid it with the ambition on this one, haha. It's like 28(?) panels 0_o What was I thinkkkkking.
Okay, well, onward and upward. Let's take it to the finish line...
Things I still need to get done:
iPhone cases
blush
eye-shade
motion lines
eye-whites
Some 'texting/telegram/iphone-shapes'
And maybe some very fast backgrounds? *Let's see what I need when it's laid out.
Then I start bringing this all into Photoshop, and I'll figure out the script/story. I think for this many panels, I'll aim to try to squeeze things into loose pages (similar to how I did the last party)
REALLY hoping to call it donezo's in the next week. I want to get back to the main story - and really should have restrained myself over the holidays. Myyyy bad. Hope you are all digging it anyway! For those of you that are new, this isn't my usual process, I sort of got lost-in-the-paint; the script is all loose in my head, and I'm leaving a lot of the decision making for next-week Ama ;D But I had fun letting myself noodle and doodle, without a true purpose, and I do think it'll be a good comic at the end!
