Wake up, honey, new Amadose page just dropped...
You guys, I'm so proud of how this one turned out, AND how fast it was at the end! It feels punchy, loaded, full of advancement, and gossssssh, Nick's-being-whaped-face does so much for me. I know we're only seeing like 15seconds of time advance in the story on this page, but I think they're an important 15 seconds! This is a (pun intended) big moment for our Nick AND Owen =D
Let's see, notes...
Well, I still feel like the HUGE cock breaking the page in half is maybe a litttttle over-the-top. But in my defence, I think, it really slams home the literal point Owen was making on the previous pages: ( - 18 & 19 - ❯❯❯ HD for Bull+ - 18 & 19 - )!
In the end, for panel 2, I decided to go with the Sneer! It's Owen's moment - So I thought; let's let him have a little victory sneer! Even if it's a little sinister... He's earned this!
Beyond that, there's still a part of me that wishes I could redraw Owens face again on panel 3. I never could tell what was bugging me (snout/eyes ratio!? eyebrows?! the smile height?), so I decided to just move on after the 2nd redraw and just call it good enough <-- a real skill I need to get better at.
Really hope you enjoy it! This next week I want to see how far I can get with the Gary Swallow comic idea/stuff, as it's just been on my mind, but also I have an ass-eatin'-Owen picture I'd lovvvve to finish too! And gosh, there's a part of me that wants to see if I can squeeze in time for another Roxanne-goes-to-Goof's-bed idea or two? Though that one doesn't have much thought to it atm. We'll see!
