Hey everyone!! Finally got this one finished. Was going through my work and realized I haven't really done a whole lot with mirrors and playing around with reflections, so I decided to have a go at it with this project! As mentioned previously, was going into this project knowing I wanted to do something with Aerith. My favorite part about her has always been despite her conservative appearance at face value, she has a bit of a mischievous/sassy side to her. Wanted to play around with that with this piece. The project started out smoothly with the generally simple pose and creating the interior aesthetic that I thought would suit her well, but then ended up taking WAY longer than anticipated because of how much back and forth I had to do with sculpting what I could and couldn't see. I always sculpt in solid view in Blender, which is monochromatic and only displays the mesh that's actually present. No path traced objects, like reflections. Hope you enjoy this piece. As I haven't done a whole lot with her, wanted to be sure I represented her right for the people who especially like her. Have always preferred her over Tifa personally, so naturally I wanted to put a BIT more effort hehe Til next time! As mentioned, working on a Kaine set for the next project, so til next time! <3
