[WIP] Rebecca Strut

Poll results! Rebecca won the fanart section with 102 votes, while Click (previously posted!) won the OC section with 111 votes!

Here's the WIP so far: this angle is a bit challenging but it's coming together. Note that I may switch to doing it on 2's to make things flow better and to optimize other effects for the animation, e.g. lighting and BG scrolling. So, the final result might not be as smooth as this preview is.
