A quick update on my situation:
I had a follow up with my doctor. We're sort of at a dead end with treatment and diagnostic options. I'll be getting a c-spine injection later this month to hopefully get some relief. I'm staying optimistic about it.
I'll keep you guys updated as things change but I should be able to continue to increase the length of time that I can work.
