Besides Thalia's more deliberate acts, there were still plenty of unfortunate Lilliputian accidents. Not that either of the Brob women ever really noticed though...
Take this scene for example:
Claire is much excited to be hitting the clubs, hoping to hook up with someone - and too busy teasing Thalia about having to spend the night at home studying. Meanwhile Thalia is simply too busy dismissing Claire's taunts. Plus she knows she has a guy coming over later that night anyways...
So really it's the reckless Lilliputians fault for being in the way. For the girls they'll just a mystery smudge to be cleaned up in a hungover stupor sometime in the coming days or weeks, depending on the dorm inspection schedule...
