Preview Build with Directory Opening

Quick follow up to yesterdays build that allows you to choose to open a directory directly, instead of making you choose a media file. The Command Palette now has separate buttons for opening a file or a directory.

Also fixed a performance issue from yesterdays build with persisting large library states.
