After describing the bug to Patreon in detail, all they said is that the matter will be investigated by their engineering team. Will it be fixed anytime soon? If I were to guess...no, but I hope I'm wrong.
This will not affect your membership and, after the next charge (October 1st), you will be able to receive the pack as usual.
The only current temporary solution that I have found and that could help you see the posts, is to fully cancel your membership (from Settings > Membership > Cancel membership) and then pledge again.
Only upgrading your tier, doesn't work.
At least this way you would be able to see the survey and take part in the polls when out. Or you could wait atm and see if they fix the issue.
Just to get a better idea of the amount of patrons affected, please fill the poll below. Also contact Patreon as well asking for a solution if you can. Enough pressure hopefully will convince them and speed up their engineering team.
