Tbh, my arm, and the tennis elbow are making a lot of problems. It is sadly not better by any means... I am trying out all different kinds of treatments. Next to the Physiotherapy I have high hopes for the shockwave therapy that is going to start next week. And hopefully, this will fix it for good.
