For this animation I used the "Invisible Sim" method I've explained in this video: https://youtu.be/XYN2hiYESXI
"Why I used this method and not an accessory assigned to the prop bone or the stigmata bone?" well, if it ended being awful using this method you can't imagine how awful it was with the other two options. It was horrendous.
The animations looks fine with other sims and in blender but in these two sims in particular it looks...weird? I guess it's because my male sim has a height slider so it'll work perfectly for you if you don't use this :D
