Howdy everyone! Our Tanuki is nearly finished and I wanted to give another progress update to showcase some of the cool new features added to the game. One of the things added is title cards to each of the stages to give a summary of what the player may expect in the areas and if they have been cleared or not. I also added a feedback button when grappled alongside making it harder to escape the lower your health is so you can't tank your way out of every situation. The health-bars got sized up and updated to fit the theme of the game better. All that remains to do with the Tanuki foe is finish the aftermath scenes and make/collect some nice sound effects, but if you're curious on what one of the scenes look like, I included a animated WIP link! Next up after the build is released i'll be focusing on the much desired ABDL foe, putting up another poll, and adding a few guest characters to populate the city.
