The second apartment in the Golden Palm Apartments is now complete, and it brings a warm and inviting atmosphere to the ground floor. Designed as a cozy family home, this space features an open-plan layout that combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one harmonious environment—perfect for everyday living.
The apartment includes a small bathroom and two bedrooms: a comfortable master bedroom and a charming room designed for two children. Soft tones, natural textures, and thoughtful details create a calm and welcoming feel throughout the space.
At the back, there’s also a small outdoor area with a barbecue, table, and chairs—ideal for relaxed meals and quiet moments outside.
