I've realised that i have started to put up images and sketches without ever explaining, what exactly is TAME about? Or who Sheya is and why she's so important for the story? I intend to answer these questions now to give you a feeling of what this story is about and why it might interest you further.
I am a hobbyst writer and i've always had many stories mixed in my head. Always thinking, creating scenarios and using the experiences to perfect them. TAME is one of two stories so far that i've worked on with much more passion and conviction than the others. Why is that, though? I have been interested in psychology and storytelling since i can remember. Now, as the other idea (book) covers my passion for zealous and rich fantasy world with magic and dragons flying over the world, i've never had much space there to put up with my philosophical side. That's when Sheya emerged as an idea. Is someone from the most possible low status in society able to change how you think? Is someone so worthless they don't have a say in their own life able to influence YOUR life? Is all life even? Is it worth changing?
I've dealt with a lot of controversial questions and opinions, i know are not popular. I've spent my time on learning contemporary art and new societies and as i'm not especially fond of them, i've learned a lot on how people think, how they CAN think and how to make someone uncomfortable. TAME is my ingenuous attempt to unravel my thoughts on the subject of subjective change in personality, despite the surroundings. It's naive, a bit of a love story maybe, calm and static but it's also a different point of view that you might not be used to or accept. It's a fair warning, that TAME is a bit of psychological dispute, touching things that might be uncomfortable. But of course it's wrapped in a cute wolf girl clothes, so maybe it's how i can smuggle some thoughts your way ;)
In further posts i will try to bring closer the idea of the story and how characters were initially made and what made me change my mind. As well as my very old first attempts to start the comic and why i failed before. I've grown a lot since the first time i created Sheya and the story grew with me, so if you're in for more, you know what to do :)
