So tonight I decided while watching Alain Resnais’ deeply romantic movie Je T’aime Je T’aime that I wanted to draw a cute butt once it was over, and so here’s what I ended up with! Honestly it’s INCREDIBLY funny to me that I created Ingrid originally as a character who had neither a big butt NOR big tits, but this is just where we are now 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Like sorry, it was gonna happen! (And if you remember, Anaïs was supposed to actually NOT be into leather, and now that’s like specifically what she’s known for lmao)
Drawing latex in “pure ink” (ie, black and white, tho still digital) takes some finesse to make look okay because there are a lot of soft tones, particularly on the sides where reflections would catch, that are almost impossible to make look correct unless you went I dunno crazy with cross-hatching (which I don’t do). Still, I think I have found a way to make it look nice and presentable even while it is clearly faked for the sake of my current art style.
