DESCRIPTION
Add a new member-Dynamic Sky Dome to the "Environmental Toolkit".
It aims to add a fully dynamic sky dome system to VAM, which currently includes the following features:
1. Dynamic cloud control, and you can control the shape, speed and direction of the cloud.
2. Atmospheric scattering effect.
3. Dynamic diurnal variation (manual adjustment and automatic control are supported).

4. High performance, hardly affecting the game frame rate.
More features will be added in the future, such as the shadow of clouds.
