Development Diary: Partaker of the Chalice and Norman Preview
Hi everyone,
Today we want to bring you a new update on what we’ve been working on, both for the campaign and our Patreon.
First, for our Armory campaign, Dulkemburg: Nightfall in the Cursed City, here is the Partaker of the Chalice.
Partaker of the Chalice
As you can see, it is a miniature with great presence, and the kit will allow you to assemble him with either a heavy greatsword or a halberd.
Partaker Weapon OptionsIn the lore of Dulkemburg, the Partakers of the Chalice have survived the red draught and the household rites that bind weaker servants into obedience. Their place is earned through oath, appetite, and a fierce loyalty to their masters. On the table, they act as disciplined vampire retainers, holding ground and lending the warband a trained blade where lesser creatures would only surge forward.
On the other hand, for our Patreon, here is a first look at the Normans we are preparing for August’s Adventurer tier.
We wanted to use this miniature to show you how the head-cut joint system we’ve designed for this set works.
The main challenge was to achieve dynamic action poses without sacrificing the mail coifs, which are such an essential historical element of this period. With this new joint system, you will be able to orient and rotate the heads very naturally, without the mail losing its drape or looking warped over the armor.
We hope you like today's previews. We are looking forward to reading your thoughts in the comments!
