If you have an access to Amanda's office and you speak with the secretary, while dressed in a suit, she will suggest that you can go to a job interview. If you speak with Amanda's boss and pass the interview, you will get a new job as a loan assessment manager.
Each day, there can be up to 4 cases, that you can judge at your new office. You will have to listen to a financial situation of an applicant and decide if she qualifies for a loan and what type of interests she deserves. In certain cases, applicant can try to "negotiate" for a better deal. Be careful, because if you close unreasonably good loans or if you decline good offers, your job performance will drop - you will earn less and you may even get a temporal suspension.
There are various different applicants and each can have different scenes. All in all, there is around 25 new scenes in this update, so check it out. Cheers.
