This is an expansion for the refugee camp content. New buildings can be build (after obtaining more tools from queen Augusta), including farm, bakery, kitchen, tailor shop, onsen and tavern. There are new jobs with new talents for all of these building. You can now produce all items, including luxury items, like cakes or clothes. Your settlers will also demand these new luxuries, so you must balance your production. In the afternoon and evening, settlers may now visit public spaces, like the tavern or the onsen. This will unlock new scenes in those places. Elves has been added among the refugees. For now, this is mostly cosmetic - they have the same skills as humans and only slightly different needs. But they have a different, slim body type, so it adds some variation.
The refugee camp content is nearly finished. The only one thing remaining is the trade. Trade post is not available yet. Some of your buildings produce coins, but they cannot be traded yet. However, the excess of coins is added to your gold each day, so they are useful. Altogether, there are around 30 new scenes, so check it out. Cheers.
