Starfield enabled xEdit now available

Version 4.1.4r of xEdit, which full editing support for Starfield enabled, has been published in the #xedit-builds channel of the xEdit discord.

This is Release Candidate 1 for xEdit 4.1.5. If no major unexpected issues crop up, xEdit 4.1.5 should be published as a GitHub release and on NexusMods within about a week.
