Good morning everyone! Hope you all had a good week and weekend. It is June 22nd and it is going to be a very, very busy week here at the NarDec crew. Here's everything that got done last week and what's happening this week.
What Got Done Last Week
Skelly has been absolutely cranking through art orders to get everything ready for Whisperwood, which is this Saturday. All the recordings we needed to get done got done. Production work has been going smoothly. I also met up with SpeakerD and got everything figured out for Mothership — got him the physical copy of the game and we have a solid plan going forward. Good stuff all around.
Darktide Sponsored Stream — Today, June 22nd at 5PM CST

This Week's Schedule
Today (June 22nd) — Darktide sponsored stream at 5PM CST at twitch.tv/zoranthewizard, then straight into Black Crusade recording tonight. Those of you waiting for the next episode, we're getting that recorded today.
Tuesday June 24th — Third Whisperwood patron test session drops for exclusive tier Patrons. Also continuing to work on getting all of Skelly's art assets integrated into OBS and getting everything prepped for Saturday.
Wednesday June 25th — Recording the next session of Secrets of the Unlit Star (the Secrets of Grayce adventure). They still have a whole floor to get through and haven't even finished the first one yet — they've been hamming it up and I've been adding roleplay wherever I can. It's gotten very funny. I'd genuinely love some constructive feedback on my GMing for this one — I've been listening back and I know my room descriptions need work. Honest constructive feedback helps.
Thursday June 26th — Chaos Odyssey public release on YouTube. Also a heavy production day getting all the modules, assets, and everything polished and ready for Saturday.
Friday June 27th — Patrons get the next Secrets of Grayce recording. Also recording our second session of Dungeon Crawl Classics that night — we thought we could knock it out in one session but we've been roleplaying way too much and having too much fun. Also I need to go fix the episode title — I think I gave EzeDoesIt the wrong instructions on what to name it. That's on me.
Saturday June 28th — Whisperwood Episode 1 live stream. This is it!
Whisperwood — This Saturday
The first episode of Whisperwood will be a public live stream on Twitch and YouTube — free for everyone. Once the stream ends the VOD comes down. We then take the footage, EzeDoesIt edits it into episodes, and those come to Patreon first. We record two episodes per stream session.
On the topic of how many episodes go free — we're still debating the best strategy this week. Historically we've done the first five episodes free as a way to let people get a real feel for the show before it goes exclusive. We'll land on a plan and let you know.
Skelly is confident she can get all her remaining art orders done today. Once I have everything from her I start building it all out in OBS tomorrow and getting everything primed and ready. Really excited to share the Whisperwood character art with you all this week too.
No Black Crusade on June 29th
No Black Crusade recording next Monday — we're moving it to July 2nd because Earndil has company and some personal things to take care of. We've told him to take the time he needs.
PDF Note
I'm going to do everything I can to get the bestiary PDF out this week, but with everything on my plate I may have to sacrifice my Sunday on the 29th to make it happen. I hate pushing it that close to the end of the month but sometimes that's just how it falls.
