This month is lighter than usual with posts as I have started a new day job and it is very draining. It will all equal out soon and hopefully the job demands less of my brain.
I have drawn a picture a day this year and my art has improved so much by jumping out of my comfort zone. I would love to keep doing it but only finite hours in the week and I have to pick my creative battles.
So this year I am going to be putting most of my focus and this patreon behind a small animation series called 'Space Station Weird', and I am hoping to have the first episode up at the end of the week. Originally I was going to make an animation a week but after a few late nights I realize this would be impossible and I will absolutely fry myself in the process. I am not positive what the update schedule will be right now, but I want to make many small videos. The basic premise will be transmission logs of the weird things happening out in deep space.
Here is a couple of character sheets/concepts I was thinking of, though most of these will probably not appear in the show.
After pitching a few shows this year I really see the best path forward to making what I want, is to make what I want. These stories will still reflect my own life experiences but will be different to my comics. I hope this is something you are still interested in seeing.
I will still make occasional comics and images, here is a small comic for patreon only about my current job.
Thank you so much everyone, keep an eye out for a new post soon. Thanks again for all your support!
