I fixed a major issue with the Last of Us support where it would try to invalidate the wrong path within PSARC archives.

I also made it possible to manually reassign mod categories (for games with category support) by entering the Options > Category Assignment menu. Here's how to use it:

• Choose the category you want to assign mods to.
• Find the mods you want to reassign the category of.
• Click on one or more mods to reassign their categories.

I feel it would be even better to be able to reassign mod category directly from the mod list, and I might implement that feature later, but for now I think this works fine.

Full change log:

• Last of Us: Fixed invalidation of file entries in most psarc archives.
• Made detection of pre-defined category references in the "category" modinfo.ini entry more lenient (! is now optional and -> is now a valid seperator).
• Made it possible to manually assign categories to mods via Options > Category assignment.
