So I was filming a what I eat in a day yesterday and then I got food poisoning from some bad sushi so here’s a lil snip of the video, I will remake the rest later when my butt feels better 😭😭😭
Anyway.. here’s what I’ve been adding to milk to add calories and flavour.. it’s a great alternative to gainer shakes/cream too! Mmmm.. fattening 🤤
