Hey everyone,I know how frustrating Patreon to Discord sync issues can be, especially when you have just subscribed and want access straight away.
I upload and distribute mods through Discord because it provides much better protection against leaking, Patreon crawlers, and automated bots. Keeping everything behind Discord roles is the only reliable way to make sure content stays secure and tied to active memberships.
Unfortunately, Discord access is completely handled by Patreon’s integration. That means it is out of my hands on the creator side. I cannot manually add people without bypassing Patreon entirely, which causes long term access issues and breaks role management.
To give some context, this issue affects a very small number of users. Roughly 1 to 2 percent of new subscribers experience Discord sync problems. The vast majority are added automatically without any issues, which strongly suggests this is a user side or Patreon account connection problem rather than something I can fix manually.
If you are affected, Patreon Support are the only ones who can resolve it. They are able to see account level sync errors and fix connection issues that creators simply do not have access to.
I appreciate your patience, and I promise I am not ignoring the issue. It is just something that has to be handled directly by Patreon.
