DESCRIPTION
This is technically an early release of the Volume 2 Extra Chapter 2, however as it meets the basic Patreon bonuses I'm making it available for all Patreons. Older readers have already seen the previous version of this. It's a national profile done similar to an encyclopedia entry. This rewritten version has been refined and updated with more details.
I plan to release this on the blog the next time there's a break in weekly chapter releases.
