Hello everyone, sound mods have finally been enabled again and so here is update v6.0. This update is fully compatible with Seek & Destroy and features many new additions.v6.0 Changelog:
Updated the mod to be compatible with the new Seek & Destroy major update. All compatibility issues have been fixed
Added the AV-8B Plus Harrier RWR to the Multi-RWR System. All Harriers will now use these new RWR sounds
Added the new separate IR missile seeker sounds to certain aircraft/nations. These new sounds are the old Sidewinder Missile tones, USSR/RU IR Missile tones, and the Magic Missile IR tones. The modern Sidewinder tones are still present on the newer, modern aircraft.
Increased the Mirage 2000 RWR volume
Limited all RWR contact sounds to only play once at a time, stopping them from overlapping and creating very loud and obnoxious sounds when you get multiple RWR contacts at once
Before using this mod, please make sure you have sound mods enabled in your config.blk file that's located in the War Thunder game folder. The line enable_mod:b=yes should be present in the sound block and should look as pictured below.
