Reminder: FAQ about mixing sound mods

Hey everyone, once again I'm getting a lot of reports about the mod not working for some, or seeing people ask questions about mixing sound mods. If you run into missing sounds or issues, please first make sure you test my mod without any other mods installed, and that you have installed it correctly with all the files included.
