Manato has such a great array of options to pick here:
Redhead childhood friend (not sure how long they're friends, but it seems like Yuzuha is the one calling first dibs, so she knows him the best).
Rich bunnygirl blonde (may fix his financial problems, as long he accepts Alice as his sugar mommy... wow, actually thats a good idea for a future drawing lol)
Goat (she's the GOAT!).
The greatest proxy of New Eridu and wielder of amazing ether powers and other lost technology from before the fall of the capital. She also has a powerful AI who can do some overpowered shit like hacking the government and his brother-in-law potentially is pulling a voidhunter (just pick between the last four introduced in the story)

This one took a bit to finish, but I wanted to at least cover Yuzuha and Alice, adding Belle and Lucia later - so we have the four possible ships related to Manato.
Honestly, beyond of that we might enter crackship territory. I don't recall him having interactions with other agents outside of Lycaon or maybe Banyue, although I thought on shipping him with Evelyn for the fact of them sharing the same element. That would be funny XD
