Emissive shader update:
- New brighter emergency lights preset, no need to replace taxi/bus textures anymore
- Taxi adverts now switch between different ads
- Fixed dim emergency lights at sunset time (finally)
**with this update is recommended to restore original game files / verify game files before installing.
