A little something I wrote to be a secret until now. Enjoy this quick preview!

“What the hell is this?” Jenny Banners grumbled, looking at her phone. There was an app on it, one she didn't recognize. It was called MLP-ified and had the distinct image of a cartoon silhouette on it. She'd never seen the show but recognized it from the amount of fan art that had been obnoxiously thrusted upon her, often unwillingly on the Internet. That didn't matter. What mattered was, yet again, her phone had decided to happily download another random, junk app onto it. It kept doing that, and she was just sick of it.This wouldn't last. Okay, into the trash bin you go. She went to her Apps page and pulled up MLP-ified. She was about to hit the Uninstall button, like she had done so many times before. However, there was a buzz, a text notification came in. It was just enough to surprise her. Her finger hit the Open button instead, and the screen went white.Soon, an annoyingly familiar theme song played. It was Friendship is Magic blaring at an obnoxious volume. It was at least brief, fading out as new text appeared on the screen: MLP-ified Ver. 2.0. Then, three buttons appeared beneath the title: Random Spin, Daily Delivery Special, Shop. The hell is this? This was baffling to her. She had never seen such a bland, undeveloped, less slick app in her life. It looked like a work-in-progress college project with the white background, bland text font, and basic as hell buttons. It was like all the effort went into adding that theme song and getting it to sync with the title popping in.She stared at it for a while, still frowning. However, she couldn't help but admit to being just the taddest curious about this. Why would her phone download something so inept-looking, especially compared to all the free-to-download apps that did look somewhat professional? This is so against my better judgement. She tapped on the “Daily Delivery Special” button, holding her breath. The title and buttons faded out, everything going pure white again. After a moment, there was a cartoonish glow from the center of the screen as something appeared in the distant background, growing bigger and bigger until it was fully clear. It was a green jar, a label appearing below it. “Essence of Forest Strength”.Everything went white again, the phone giving a buzz before the screen shut off. Jenny blinked. “What the hell was tha-”BONK! “OW!” Jenny nearly fell off her sofa. Something heavy just hit her apartment window and apparently yelled too.She looked over at the window for a moment, quiet and suspicious, before going over to it. She opened it, looking outside. She couldn’t see anything out there. Sure, she was three stories up, but after that hit…She began to close it. “Oooooh, thanks, ma'am!” Jenny stumbled back as that cheery, goofy sounding voice called out from above her window. She landed on her butt as a gray-furred hand grabbed the window and fully opened it.The figure stepped into the room in all of their furry, curvaceous glory. It was a gray pegasus woman. She had straw-yellow mane and tail, her impressive body covered in what looked like some deliveryman uniform. The mare looked at her… kind of. Her eyes were crossed, but it didn't seem to bother her. “Hello!” she declared, beaming brightly and waving, “I take it you're Jenny Banners?”Jenny blinked once and then burst. “Who the hell are you?!”The mailpony didn't seem phased at all. “My name is Derpy Hooves!” She did a salute, bopping her head a bit hard and grunting. Her smile remained however. “One of many mail pegasi for MLP-ified! Your Daily Delivery Special has arrived!"
