Possibly the most underrated and least talked about methods for observation. This is a highly academic skill that I learned pretty early on, and it's something I always do subconsciously when observing references and seeing things in real life. I hope this video can shed some light on the way subjects are processed and decoded in an artists brain in order to be translated onto a canvas :) And I hope you can take some of the concepts from this video into your drawings !
