Fun material studies! I dont know why but I gravitate a lot towards shiny textures hahahha. The painting process for silky clothing is very similar to armour, in that the material will really catch the reflected colour of bounce light. So you need to pay extra attention not only to the colour of the clothing itself but you also need to be aware of everything going on around it. For example if a shadow is near a brightly lit section of fabric, the shadow will catch the light bouncing off of the light section, and it will look more saturated and vibrant as a result.
