This one’s short but sweet.
I wanted to finish this in under a week, and indeed I was going to, whereupon The Adversary saw to it that me and my wife’s bikes were stolen over the weekend, and so here it is on Wednesday. By the way, and for no reason in particular, but thank you so much for supporting me on Patreon. ^◡^;;
Having done biweekly comics for so long, it’s really comforting to compare the amount of storytelling I can accomplish in a week working in this format vs. a webcomic. Quantity isn’t everything, of course, but I do think this is satisfying bite of story—and it’s on the lower end of what I can do when Yaldabaoth isn’t putting its gnarled hoof on the scale.
