Ashe Front-facing Cowgirl Sketch Preview
DESCRIPTION

For this sketch, I've tried to consciously clean up and maintain the construction lines used for Ashe's anatomy. I usually do sketches much more sloppily with the intent of resolving the missing details in the vector art, but I wanted to try taking the time to do a more informative sketch upfront with the hopes that I'll need to do less revision later in the final art.

I took care to ensure that Ashe in this pose is proportionally accurate to the rear-facing pose. The only thing that I'm not sure on is the positioning of both her hands. What I want, and what the sketch here demonstrates, is for there to be an "active" hand, that seamlessly moves between gestures based on certain interactions. Originally, I was considering the hand on the right being the active hand that defaults to resting on her hips while the hand on the left is gripping her rifle as a support. The simple reason I didn't do this is because it's pretty much exactly the same as Whitemane's hand gestures and I wanted to do something at least a little different. For now, both arms default to resting on her hips while the left arm will function as the active hand.
