Hey everyone! Sorry for the delay with updates, we decided to sit down and really think about how we could provide animations for everyone. We now have a fairly skilled animator on our team, but the problem is that we need to scale the workload up to accomodate lots and lots of sex scenes.
We're spending some time setting up a workflow so that our animator only has to work on rough sketches for the animation. That way they can move on to another animation while the rest of the team fills in the blanks. For example, one person can draw in the details, one person can do the lines, one person can color.
This process might take some time to set up, but if we get this working then we would be able to animate Barely Working and future games as well!
Right now we've only worked on these two sex scenes, but we're making our way through each sex scene for the Open Floor level. We're choosing to update an existing level so that we don't have to focus on anything other than art.
I'm planning on doing a new game update by the end of the week, but it will only contain a new outfit level. The Cat Cafe! Stay tuned, it will be out soon!
And I know a lot of people have been asking about it, but we are currently choosing not to go back to old levels for animations. That would be very very very time consuming due to how much work we have already put in, and adding new animations would probably take us a whole year just to catch up.
We're gonna focus on animations going forward and I'd like to introduce lesbian content next as well.
