This is an old recipe, remade, and re-released as a standalone recipe.
You can craft a carton of ice cream on the ice cream maker. You will then be able to grab a bowl or a cone from the carton. If your Sim is in the mood for a milkshake, you can find that under the snack customs menu on the fridge.
