Woof. Kind of a ghost town in here! Although the ghosts in question are the ones that actually welcome those who travel in rather than haunting them away!
Which is my way of saying that I have really neglected this place, but there's still so many folks here, whether that be those who are still paying or those who are watching for free to see if maybe I pick it up again haha.
There're a few things that have always stopped me from contributing more, and it's mostly me, mostly, but I want to try to make it better. Things feel so impossible everyday, and I don't like/want to talk too much about my personal feelings or issues, because in my mind that's not what a momma bear does, but every once awhile, the momma bear can have herself a private cry session in the bedroom.
So, in order to get better, I'm going to do two things. I'm going to reopen story polls, just once a month. Means that AT LEAST, there is a time-based incentive to get something out at least once a month rather than these long multiple month gaps.
Those who pay even a dollar will get the ability to suggest ideas, and depending on how those ideas tickle me, or others who vote with that little heart symbol, will get added to the monthly poll that anyone paying 2 bucks or more on will get a vote. Those who pay 3 bucks or more will get a second vote.
I've also revamped all tiers to show these benefits as well as getting rid of a few older benefits.
The other thing I'm going to do is something of a monthly blog/update. It's just better and I feel like everyone here cares about me in some regard. This can be anything I want really. Things I want to share about my life, something that could constitute as a little cry session, but nothing I'd let get too dark or too personal. Just... something for folks to know I'm not completely forgetting about them here.
But yeah. I suppose I'll get that blog out here soon, as well as start up the post for folks to start suggesting their ideas! Hope you all have a good one, and are keeping warm! <3
