Finally, Testament 0.2

Finally, the second episode in which Luke (optionally with Susan) arrives, explores the old house and has a first short trip into town.

New features include:

- Memories: revisit previous actions

- text input for more dynamic interactions

- Familiarity indicating how well you know a character, which influences (dialogue) options

- Global Reputation which unlocks (dialogue) options, locations and characters

- Passing time with option to wait since some events only happen at a certain time or during a period of the day.

Also re-rendered the entire historical scene to increase the quality.
