Hello precious Patreon members!
After another brief 2-month period the next update has arrived! For this release a bunch of stuff was tackled.
First and foremost, the combat rework has been implemented. Or at least stage 1 of it has. Enemies and Future Allies still will need to be worked on to make combat more interesting. For now though, any and all feedback is appreciated on the current combat rework.
Anyways, a large portion of this release went towards preparing the Red-Light District for future content. Sprites, Maps, Music, Etc. There's not much story content involved with this work, but you can find hints here and there about what's lurking behind the scenes.
The Hospital Side-Quest was meant to be included with this release, introducing us to Luna and Erin; however, it'll introduce us to a new mechanic that is going to require a lot of rework so it's getting delayed until next release. (I'll talk more about it in the next Dev Log).
Outside of that each character got events, some bugs were fixed, and new art was added.
Oh, and I spent a decent amount of time setting up the game to be available in multiple languages! Now I can get translators to translate the game from English into various other languages. (Currently have people working on translating the game to Japanese/Spanish/Russian.) If you're interested in helping with any translation let me know!
