[Adventurer Tier, Scene] Maiden Ace SH3 Update

[Scene] So I made some animation and dependency improvements for the Maiden Ace - Serenity House 3. I also found that my Easter Egg didn't work in the previous version, but now it does if you can find it, the hint will be go talk to the villain.

You can delete previous versions.

Note: Some users are still getting a LOW FPS glitch in this scene, if you enter Edit mode and click the character cycle or reload the scene, it seems to go away. Not sure why it's doing that.
