My latest DiY SteamVR headset.
Now with full 6DoF Lighthouse tracking via Tundra Tracker.
There is still a lot of stuff that I would like to upgrade/add so there will be updates for it.
It uses the same displays as in previous Persephone 3 headset but lense shape has been re-designed.
Since it uses Tundra Tracker for tracking, you no longer need a gyroscope and since you don't need a gyroscope, you don't need Arduino/Raspberry Pi :)
You still need a bare-minimum Arduino Pro Micro which will act as a controller receiver but this time it doesn't have to be inside the headset itself.
I don't recommend printing the light blockers! Those were designed with my face in mind and may not fit well for anyone else! Also you kinda don't need those.
The cushions were taken out of Lenovo Mirage Solo headset. If you have one then those will fit like a glove. If you don't have it/don't want to buy it, you can use simple foam cutouts.
