bin.psarc is full of .bin files which contain settings for various different things. Such as: weapon definitons, tasks, camera stuff, animation, ai, menus etc. This tool allows you to view and edit all bin files - excluding state scripts.
Features:
- Open, view contents and edit all .bin files inside bin.psarc
- Open structures that have not yet been manually mapped - WIP feature
- Extract and build sidbase
