Falco's swiped one of Fox's flops, and one of Slippy's potent shrinking/hyper serums- slinking away to a secluded, doll-sized compartment near his quarters...
But when Fox calls Falco's communicator- it's hard for him to keep his teeny tiny cool on microphone when he's all squeaky and worked up-! (And humping the owner's flops oops...)
