One year after Robin was corrupted by the laboratory, her abilities increased significantly due to rigorous training and ongoing experimentation. During this period, she created a clone of herself as well as a heavily modified clone meant to resemble Nami in order to prevent the Straw Hat Pirates from uncovering the truth. However, as her powers expanded, Robin struggled to manage her growing number of clones and gradually began losing her sense of identity. She eventually reached the point where she could sustain hundreds of clones simultaneously, and could no longer distinguish between her original self and the clones. Over time, the clones began behaving independently, with each one developing its own unique personality.
But for Robin, locating the original was no longer a priority. It didn't matter whether the original was the one undergoing extensive experimentation or the one going on an exclusive date with a client. Robin had transcended into a collective consciousness, retaining the memories and experiences of all her incarnations. In the future, she would become even more powerful and to produce even more clones of herself.
