Until now, the angels had hesitated to act against The Administrator and had been merely watching its movements from afar, out of fear that an all-out war was exactly what it wanted. Over time, frustration grew over their inaction, leading several heroines to take matters into their own hands. Though their intentions were noble, The Administrator's capabilities were far greater than any of them had imagined. After venturing deep into its domain, the heroines soon found themselves assimilated into its ever-expanding hivemind, becoming its loyal followers without achieving anything. Afterwards, no one else dared to challenge The Administrator directly on their own.
Worse still, its followers soon captured one of the scouts the angels had sent. After assimilating the young angel, The Administrator learned the locations of several local angel bases. It then made its first move to test them. By channeling the immense energy its followers had gathered, The Administrator transformed the captured low-ranking angel into a colossal half-demon giant and unleashed her to wreak havoc across the city. It took the combined efforts of many archangels to finally bring an end to their possessed colleague's destruction.
Yet, after the immediate crisis was over, several more angels were reported missing...
